How much time do I have?

Hi Guys, IM BACK! Did you miss me? Did you even notice I took two weeks to blog? Maybe not. As you may have seen I just got a new puppy and started a new job. I had some days off between my jobs and the perfect little fur baby became available so it was great timing. We got some time getting to know each other, he learned about his new home and had some quality time with his new family.
It was great timing until I had to return to work. Firstly I really didn't want to leave the fluffball he is so cute and so fun. Secondly, having a new puppy is so much harder than I remember - maybe because I have been used to an old dog for the last 5 years, or because I was 8 when my Sniggih was a puppy. Z burger is a fur version of me which is perfect. Until he sleeps late but doesn't snooze the alarm!
I want to ensure I am utilising every moment of my day, I always have, I feel guilty if I've spend too much time watching TV or on my phone. I now start to feel bad if I am at the gym for too long and hanging out with my family/partner/dog. Not to mention the fact I want to be early for work, stay late and absolutely kick butt. We really don't have time for it all!

I googled 'not enough time in the day' one of the tips they said was sleep. Get a full 7 to 8 hours. Firstly I feel much more tired if I sleep for a full 8 hours and secondly how do I get more time when I use more of it to sleep! Confuzled my brain really. I may have mentioned before but one thing that has been a godsend to me was the advise 'There is no such thing as multitasking' I have found that doing more things at once means I'm taking longer to do one of those things by stopping and starting.
I don't plan on slowing down any time soon, after all running on full, and sleep is for the week. So a cheats way of kicking life in the face... with help from google and podcasts. Have a plan, they don't always go well so don't be discouraged. If something is hard to start, keep at it. If at first you don't succeed try and try again. Finally, ENJOY! I don't believe you can possibly get anywhere if you aren't enjoying it. If you are making sure you are having fun it makes it so much easier to get though right?
