Choose kind!

So, there has been a joke in my family, mainly on mum... before all ads for "Choose Kind" mum would tell us off saying "choose kind not right" we joked because she would say it even if we said the cheese tasted bad... Well not that far but you know what I mean.
Most would have seen the ads around for the new movie choose kind, namely my idols face (below* not my photo) with the shirt saying ‘choose kind’. Having not seen the movie (yet) I couldn’t explain it exactly but the shorts already have made me cry.

I like to think that I outwardly choose kind majority, if not all the time, some may argue that point. I would like to revisit something I mentioned in a previous post, your opinion is a way of thinking, yes, but it doesn’t mean it should always be shared or is always nice.
Two things I have come across in recent days were people giving their opinion on things. They were both obviously things they thought worthwhile saying but they weren’t overly nice, I would almost go as far as to say they were quite vicious. If directed to the people whom they were talking about it would most definitely hurt some feelings.
Call me naive but I do find that if what I say hurts someone then I can honestly say it hurts me, not to the extent they are hurt no but I still feel some sort of hurt. I know not everyone will think that way, some may think I’m silly for thinking that way too.
I think we are all told as kids and as we are growing up, to think before we speak. Before you say something think about if you would like it said to you. Honesty is nice but let’s not push it too far that it’s not nice anymore!
